Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. Selling furniture is a distant second.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lone Star purchase. I have
sold several pieces of my furniture sight unseen and not once have I had a
dissatisfied customer. I had one customer actually say "This looks so nice. I
feel like I owe you more money". I had another say "I've seen this same
furniture at other places for a lot more money. You need to raise your prices."

TERMS OF WARRANTY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 24
hours of purchase in its original condition and packing and I'll refund your
money. No questions asked.

All of our furniture sold by Lone Star Furniture is not only backed by us, but
by the manufacturer as well. The manufacturer offers a 1 year warranty on all
leather and upholstered items. If you have an issue with your furniture, simply
bring the furniture back to our warehouse, with proof of purchase (This also
includes any items that may have been delivered). At that point, we will help
get the item exchanged with the manufacturer/supplier or we will remedy any
defects in materials or workmanship, due to manufactures defect.   

Most of our mattresses have a 10-20 year manufactures warranty. Most issues
will be covered under this warranty and the mattress will be remedied or
replaced. Although, due to state health laws, once a mattress has been opened
from its original packaging, it can not be returned for any reason other than a
manufactures defect.
